I want to stop smoking, however I have tried tablets from the Doctors’s, patches, niquitin mini tablets, even To reading Allan Carr’s book!

I’m 37yrsold and have been smoking since I was a teenager. I tried many times to give up realising the obvious health Nightmares that often pervade my mind, but I still don’t seem to be able to succeed.
