Rang earlier: but you were busy with client. Spoke to your wife who was helpful.

I’ve/Emailed before about my heightened anxiety regarding my competitions. My qualifying round is this Sunday and I know I’ve left it late but In my current mental state I have no chance of getting around the cross-country riding phase. When I’m presented with to a jump I feel sick, mouth goes really dry and begin to panic. This is even evident in courses that I’ve been clear and safe around when I was about 11yrs.

I know I don’t have much time, but wondering if one Session would be Enough!? I’m working until 10pm tonight but I’m free tomorrow evening though this Is the night before I’m due to compete! Is this too late!

Anyway, just sending this message incase You can’t get back to me if I’m at work.

What a last minute saviour you were. I can report the most positive of outcomes, thanks to your quick assistance with my Mental state. It’s quite extraordinary the power of the Subconscious Mind to overcome such fear / anxiety, me becoming so stupidly phobic and loosing it when I need such self/confidence.

You waved the magic wand again and my stUck state, my Gut feelings [like overwhelming butterflies 🦋 in my stomach] just dissolved into positive images In My Head…. [NLP images again] I felt again, yet feeling so incompetent I couldn’t do this myself, I think ‘WILL‘ DO next time for sure.
